What are Gift Cards?

Gift cards are prepaid stored value money card used as an alternate for cash during purchases.

Gift cards are available for different brands and come with a specified validity period.

Gift cards are of two types:

Physical card: These are plastic cards that are size of a credit card and has its specific branding on the card. These cards have a unique number or code through which it is identified.

E-Gift cards: These e-cards or e-vouchers are delivered through e-mails. These cards have unique code and a password which can be redeemed during purchases in store or online.

No - Gifts cards cannot be recharged
Yes, every gift card or gift voucher has a validity period. Generally it is valid for a period of 11 months. But can differ from one brand to another. The validity period can be extended on request as per the terms and conditions of individual brand.
Yes, each gift card or gift voucher comes with its set terms and conditions which are shared at the time of purchase of the card.
You have to register for GST invoice and share the details alone with company details.
Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive an E-mail confirmation once you place the order.

Physical Cards will be delivered within -2 working days, from the date of payment.

E-cards will be delivered via email within -2 working days, from the date of payment.

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances for physical or e-gift cards.
